Bruce Charlton, chief design officer for Robert Trent Jones, Jr Group, will be giving a presentation to any golf members who want to attend on Wednesday, November 14th at 6:00 PM in the clubhouse. He will be sharing our plans for 2013 North Course Capital Investments along with a conversation about future improvements. Along with Bruce there will also be the entire management team from the club and executives from ClubCorp to share information about our big plans for 2013. Keep an eye out for an email to come this week.
The South Course is coming along nicely so far in the overseed process. Our biggest priority is getting the South greens fully recovered from aerification this coming week and getting them to putt smoothly again. There are still aerification holes and sand on the greens, but they will continue to improve every day.
We completed our turn outs and sodding on the North tee areas on 3, 14 & 17 this week. I hope this will help keep a cleaner look around these tee boxes throughout the year.
