Rain Updates

As of this afternoon, we have received about a half inch of rain.  Assuming no more additional rainfall, we plan to open both courses tomorrow on cartpaths only.

We are going to open the range tomorrow at 11:00 AM.  We are delaying the opening of the range to allow for normal weekly maintenance that could not be completed today due to the weather.

The great news is that we fertilized the golf courses and the range today and let the rain water it in!  This will really green everything up and get things looking really good for the Canyon Cup this weekend and all of the holiday play over the next couple of weeks.

Our greens were really fast last week, and this was due to the weather.  We had 4 consecutive frost days and the other nights were almost as cold.  The cold temperatures really shut down the grass and the result is extremely fast greens.  The weather forecast is for continued cold over the next ten days, and we will try to keep the greens reasonable.
