South Fairway Aerification

We are in progress on the South Course fairway aerification.  We will close one hole at a time while we work on it.  Once everything is complete and clean, we will move onto the next hole.  Thanks for your patience.

The crew works away with two aerifiers, two sweepers, a verticutter, a drag, a blower and finally a fairway mower.

This is the aerifier removing plugs from the fairways.

This is the verticutter.  It cuts vertical grooves into the turf removing excess grass and thatch.

The finished product shows very few holes or lines from the machine.  Most of the debris has been completely removed.  A small amount of grass clippings and soil are left, but will disappear after a night of irrigation.
